must send your inspiration picture to @cicisnails.customorders through direct message on Instagram. this page is dedicated to custom orders! the text must include your order number which you will receive after check out as well as the name for the order and any supporting details you want to include! as well as your custom sizes if you choose custom sizes. if you wish to find your custom sizes, you can purchase a sizing kit under "sizing information"

I am not responsible for incorrect sizes, I simply work with what I have been given. refunds are not offered as regardless the set is completely customized for you. 

I am unable to copy charms exactly, sending inspiration pictures is truly for color, style scheme, and what kind of charms you may want. But I will do the best of my ability to match them.
